We hebben een breed gamma aan standaard profielen, maar we zijn gespecialiseerd in producten op maat. Op basis van de technische vereisten en de tekeningen van de klant ontwikkelen we de perfecte dichting met de juiste rubberkwaliteit voor uw toepassing. Deze rubberframes zijn uiterst geschikt voor toepassingen waarbij het gebruik van een hechtend of klevend dichtingsmiddel niet is aanbevolen. De frames passen echter perfect zodat vloeistoffen of stof perfect worden tegengehouden. Om een sterke en permanent flexibele hoekverbinding te produceren, wordt de profielgeometrie afgestemd op de vereisten van de gevormde hoek. De rubbercompound wordt in de matrijsholte geïnjecteerd en vulkaniseert daar. Onder hoge druk neemt het rubber de vorm van de matrijs aan zodat de ideale vorm van het rubberprofiel wordt verkregen. Dit is een ideale oplossing wanneer u frames (van hetzelfde rubberprofiel) met meerdere afmetingen nodig hebt, omdat er slechts 1 werktuig nodig is.
